Ordering
How long does shipping take?
For now... we only ship in Australia.
Orders placed with standard shipping selected will take 1 to 3 business days to process and will then be shipped by standard post.
Express shipping orders placed before 1pm Brisbane time (Monday - Thursday), will be processed and shipped the same day by express post.
Express orders placed between 1pm Thursday until 1pm Monday will be processed and shipped Monday afternoon.
For all orders placed you will receive shipping updates so you know when the good vibes will arrive.
Will my order be private?
While our vision is to create a world where sex toys and pleasure shouldn't be discreet, we understand that discreet purchasing is very important to some of our customers.
We intentionally designed the brand to be inherently discreet in nature. The product packaging is minimalistic with no reference externally to the product inside.
Our name BLK Label is intentionally mainstream - normal if you will - and reflective of any other luxe lifestyle brand.
Notice how there is no mention of naughty secrets, getting off, sex toys-r-us or fantasies.
You will only see the reference BLK on your bank statement and the delivery will arrive in an unbranded post satchel or box.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we only ship within Australia.
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
We have a good vibes only guarantee on all of our sex toys - if you don't get the good vibes from your product please connect with us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will work through the process with you. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns but if you are not happy with the product we want to know and we want to fix it.
For products that arrive with or develop a manufacturers fault we have a 13 month warranty period. Please email us for warranty support.
