Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns for goods that have manufacturer faults within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We do our best to describe in detail the product you are purchasing, and we guarantee good vibes however if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please connect with us within 10 days of receiving your purchase detailing your concerns and we will respond.


Shipping

We currently only ship within Australia and are working to expand our delivery internationally.

We keep shipping simple.  Order over $150 of products?  We've got you covered, simply choose free shipping at checkout and we'll cover the cost for standard shipping. If you want express, you will still have to select and pay for express.

We ship via Australia Post and Sendle and use their rates and terms for all shipping.  All orders placed before 1pm AEST (Brisbane time) will be picked and packed the same day.  Depending on if you choose express or standard shipping, Australia Post shipping times apply.  Longer timeframes may apply for delivery to regional areas.

All items are shipped from Brisbane QLD.
